We do not sell, rent or trade personally identifiable data. Your name, email, phone number, business name, answers and business plan are never sold to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. Ever.

• Account details: your name, email address, an encrypted password, and an optional WhatsApp number for support.
• Business information: your business name, region, sector, and the answers you give in the business plan questions (market, pricing, costs, projections).
• Checklist progress: which documents you have marked ready or still pending.
• Payments: card payments are handled entirely by our payment partner, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

• To generate, save and revise your bank-ready business plan.
• To save your document checklist so you can come back to it anytime.
• To send account notices you need — verification codes, password resets, and links for information sessions you register for.
• To help you when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
• To contact you by email or phone for feedback about how the platform is working, so we can improve the product.
• To invite you to share a testimonial or your story for our marketing, educational material and entrepreneur spotlights. We ask first, and we never publish your name, photo, business or quote without your permission.

We may study combined, anonymized patterns across all users — for example, the percentage of agro-processing businesses in a particular region, or which documents entrepreneurs find hardest to obtain. This kind of insight helps improve the platform and can support better public understanding of small business needs in Guyana.

In the future we may use these aggregate, anonymized insights to build products or to collaborate with third parties. This will never be done on an individual business basis — no report, product or partner will identify you, your business, or your figures.

• Our support team: authorized administrators can review your answers and plan only to fix problems, correct formatting or help with revisions.
• Essential partners: our secure cloud database host and Stripe for payments. They are bound by confidentiality and cannot use your data for advertising.
• Not the banks: we are an independent preparation service. We do not send your plan or documents to the Guyana Development Bank or any other lender. You decide when and with whom to share your download.

• All traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and your stored data is encrypted at rest.
• Passwords are never stored in readable form — they are salted and hashed one way.
• Row-level access rules mean your records can only be read by your own signed-in account and authorized support staff. One user can never read another user's plan.
• Card details are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest card-security standard in the world. We never hold card numbers.
• Our infrastructure providers maintain independently audited SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, with continuous monitoring, backups and breach response.
• We follow internationally recognized data-protection practices, including the GDPR principles of collecting only what is needed, using it only for the purpose stated, and giving you the right to access, correct, export or delete your information.

You can download your business plan in Word, PDF or plain text at any time. We keep your account and plan for as long as you have an account, so you can return to it.

If you want everything permanently erased — your account, contact details and generated plans — message us on WhatsApp at +1 718-691-3084 and we will delete your records.

If this policy changes, we will announce it here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email — in accordance with applicable Guyanese and United States law.
